Layout of how the place is going to look like





So basically this is how the event is going to look like
The scoreboard will be placed at the other wall, but if any other suggestions to where it should be located, please be my guest.
If you would like me to make any changes then tell me so, so that i can make another layout of our event and use it as a guide top where certain things should be located

    also, the score board isnt a score board, it is the banner that says activate!
    the score board will be projected onto the wall =)

    umm welll since we have no wall, were deciding to put arrows pointing to our area.

    I hope we will be by a wall. We will make sure that we get a wall or EVEN a corner.


    Foot prints or arrows?? I guess it doesnt matter.

    okay well umm untill i am sure about us having a wall/corner and a projector ill hold the video till then
